Hike around a volcanic crater lake located high up in the mountains at 2800 ft. as you come across an array of plant species and untamed wildlife in this usually misty, but always magical land of tranquility.
Swim in a natural cave, look up at the filtered light coming through the canopy of the rainforest above as you swim your way to the waterfall inside.
Scramble over boulders and across the river for your up-close view of the Mother Falls at 75 ft. and Father Falls at 125 ft.
Bask in the warm sulfur water delivered straight from the geothermal activity of the rainforest mountains while sipping on some locally made rum & beer.
Cross a few streams and get a little muddy as you enjoy an invigorating hike through the heart of the rainforest, an impressive waterfall awaits your arrival.
Explore the capital city of Dominica with its charming British and French architecture. If you need some souvenirs or want to try out some local food, be sure to stop in a few of the local shops or visit the old market. Take a walk down to the bayfront, look toward the south, and get a viewing of Scotts Head.
Set off on a tranquil rowboat ride up a quiet jungle-like river that will transport you to a hidden bush bar nestled in the middle of the rainforest.
Take some time out of your day to relax in an infinity pool. Enjoy the beautiful view overlooking the Caribbean sea while sipping on a tropical beverage!

There are 14 segments through the Waitukubuli cross-island adventure. On this tour, Segment 5 is the one you will have the pleasure of hiking! Bring your hiking feet and prepare to get muddy!
